Minneapolis Author Featured in New Dog Book

– Minneapolis’s Heather Mitty, an area training instructor for PetSmart in
Minnesota, adopted a frisky German shepherd puppy named Lola. The dog’s many
behavior issues led Heather into the rewarding work of dog training. Mitty
says, “Lola became my patient, indispensable fellow teacher.” The story
of how Mitty and Lola teamed up to train dogs is featured in a
new book, Angel Dogs with a Mission: Divine Messengers in Service to All
Life by authors, Allen and Linda Anderson (New World Library, October 1,
2008). The book is a collection of twenty true stories about dogs who found
their purpose in life and gave without expecting a return.
